Memorial Day Bean Burgers

1 1/2 Cups black beans (rinsed very aggressively)
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
squeeze of lemon juice
fresh rosemary from the garden (tablespoon)
2 tablespoons of fresh white onion from the garden cooked in veg broth
Greek Basil from the garden (tsp)
Thyme from the garden (about 1tsp)

Pulse in the blender, then form into patties & grill on a non stick pan. (allow to chill in the fridge for an hour or longer for the flavors to marinade)
