You know it wasn't such a bad thing when there was no good vegan cheese. Instead we'd have cheeseless pizzas, bean based cheeses, etc. Now we've got Diaya Cheese that is literally suffocating people with added fatty intake. The Mozzarella is 60 of 90 Calories from fat and the Cheddar is 50 of 90 Calories from fat so 66% fat or 55% fat. Oh that looks like a nice and healthy sandwich/pasta/burrito you've got going there, let me sprinkle some fat on that!!! Pizzas get a whopping 30 to 40 grams of fat by adding Diaya according to their website recommendations. Would you drink a 1/4 or 1/2 cup of Canola Oil or Safflower Oil? Then why eat Diaya?
