For a long time I've been feasting on the veggie rolls at sushi roku in Santa Monica and Las Vegas. One of the greatest vegan rolls they have is called the garden roll or harvest roll. Its wrapped in cucumber and comes in an oily sauce covered in fried shredded potatoes, just get it minus those last bits and with a Kirin Light Beer and you'll be in heaven.
