Trader Joe's Spanish Rice & Beans IN MINUTES!!

Take a walk on the MILD side with this yummy dish :)

 NO SOUS CHEF REQUIRED ..haha!  Cooking for healthy dummies, this quick meal is easy enough for anyone to make!  THAT IS...if you know how to turn on a stove, push start on a microwave and then open a can, you're ready to be fulfilled & skinny!  It prepares in minutes and very easy on your pocket, for today's active lifestyle.


- 1 packet Trader Joe's Organic Jasmine Rice
- 1 Can Pinto Beans, Rinsed and Drained
- 1/2 Bag Trader Joe's frozen Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions
- 16 oz of your MILD Salsa.

In a saucepan mix together Pinto Beans, Frozen Fire Roasted peppers/ onions, and Salsa.  Bring to boil, then simmer for 15 mins.
Microwave rice 3 mins as instructed  on package.
MIX together and serve with OIL FREE Corn Chips
