- 1 packet Trader Joe's Organic Jasmine Rice
- 1 Can Pinto Beans, Rinsed and Drained
- 1/2 Bag Trader Joe's frozen Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions
- 16 oz of your MILD Salsa.
In a saucepan mix together Pinto Beans, Frozen Fire Roasted peppers/ onions, and Salsa. Bring to boil, then simmer for 15 mins.
Microwave rice 3 mins as instructed on package.
MIX together and serve with OIL FREE Corn Chips
