Trader Joe's Portobella Burger

Seriously dinner can't bet more easy breezy then hitting up TJ's for prepackaged Portabella burgers & Toppings.  Tj's Roasted Red Peppers, lettuce, whole wheat slims and tomatoes. 

First thing is to lay down some Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Balsamic nonstick pan

Toss in your portabella heads, on medium heat for 5-10 mins till tender

Add the roasted red peppers to warm

Break out this amazing FAT FREE Peas of Mind Veggie Wedgies

Tada! You have one awesomely quick and delicious portabella burger and fries. No added oil, fats or fatty bits.

anything sautéed in that fat free balsamic is just to die for!

I had never heard of these veggie fries before. This gives me some ideas for experimentation on my own since I have not seen them in the stores. Thanks for posting this.

Hi, Kathy. I was just as excited as you when I found them at Whole Foods a couple weeks ago and they are FANTASTIC! So good that sometimes I eat them for breakfast, they only take 14 mins to heat up and at 270 cal. / zero fat I can eat the WHOLE bag..haha!
