My friends does that look like a *trivial amount of fat???? It certainly doesn't look like FAT FREE or Total Fat 0g, that is a LOAD OF FAT GREASY OIL!!!
Dear Whole Foods, please REMOVE the Fat Free label from this product and the *ADDS A TRIVIAL AMOUNT OF FAT PER SERVING. I estimate that 75%+ of the calories from this Veg Broth are from FAT! You need to reexamine the nutritional information, this is really upsetting.
For everyone who reads the books in the Whole Foods Health Starts Here sections and understands how poisonous oil is to the human body (endothelial cells, obesity, cancer, heart disease, etc) an easy tip to tell if any item has oil is to take a small bit of it and dunk it in your water glass, oil always floats to the surface. If you'd like to be a little more polite at the dinner table, you can pour a little water on your plate and tip your plate slightly to see if you can spot the oil bubbles.

This is horrible news! Do you have any suggestions for a better broth alternative?
Just did a post today on olive oil, btw: http://bit.ly/XZA8Gz
TJ's & Pacifica I think is the other brand with no oil. Just pour the veggie broth in first to make sure there is no oily sheen
I know, right? Imagine my shock when I had to look for OIL in vegetable broth!
@jeff. Swanson veggie broth has no oil as well.
