Fat Free Organic Hash Browns

Fat Free Organic Hash Browns are a cinch as long as you have the right fire power.
#1. Cuisinart's Green Gourmet Eco-Friendly Nonstick 12" Skillet is a miracle worker.  Its a ceramic base that food, no matter how burnt SLIDES off of it.  You can get them at Bed Bath and Beyond for $59.95 (don't forget your 20% coupon = $47+tax)

#2.  Cascadian Farms Organic Hash Brown Potatoes -  They have Zero Fat and even Fat Free Cooking Instructions.

#3. Load them up in the Nonstick Pan at medium heat and WAIT like 10 to 15 minutes.  Depending on how skillful you are at flipping or how big your nylon spatula is you can probably do a single flip.  On occasions I use a plate to assist in flipping or I cut it into four pies.  Let brown on the opposite side and SLIDE off onto a plate.
#4. Cut it up and serve with some organic ketchup or hot sauce & sprinkle with some seasoned salt.

You can also do Country Potatoes fat free, but you'll have to mix them up by gently flipping them as they brown on all sides.

There you have it, fat free potatoes perfect for breakfast!  Not exactly fast, but you'll be happy you made them!

Oh my god I am totally getting one of those pans ASAP! I always just use a light spray of olive oil spray or line the pan with water when I cook, but that pan looks perfect!

That Spray Oil has 150 + grams of fat per can. Because of labeling laws they are allowed to put fat free if the serving size is under .5 grams. If you read it'll say 1/5 or 1/3 a second of a spray and .25 grams or something like that, but then 500 servings per container so 500 * .25 = 150 grams of fat. Total scam!

Half an hour in a Foreman grill and you have perfect fat free hash browns. Works way better than a pan.
