Annie Chun's Noodle and Soup Bowls

Its not every day that you can believe what you read on the front of a package, but in two cases Annie Chun's Bowls measure up.  They all have convenient symbols to tell if they are vegan and low fat on the front of the packaging.  The sodium is off the chart in both of these, so they may not be for everyone, but salt is not the enemy its nasty rotten fat filled arteries that can't take the increased pressure that salt puts on our vascular system.  So if you are a long time healthy vegan and need instant meals on the go, these two are for you!  Others may just have to wait until they've reversed the damage to their bodies or go easy on the spice packets.  BTW you can make both of these by just pouring in boiling water and waiting two minutes!

You can purchase these in almost every grocery store in the asian food aisle or online on Amazon

Our two pics.
