The Stand, makes the trip to Laguna Beach worth it!

I've had The Stand on my radar for a number of years now and just never had the opportunity to pay it homage. It made for the perfect lunch stop on my way to San Diego.

Walk up counter with too many items/menus to take in at once!

We went with a potato taco and burrito theme!  Their potatoes are steamed and oil-free. 

'The potato burrito was by far the winner!  Steamed red potatoes, pinto beans, lettuce, tomatoes and salsa.  This could easily be made at home.
