Toss in your portabella heads, on medium heat for 5-10 mins till tender
Add the roasted red peppers to warm

anything sautéed in that fat free balsamic is just to die for!
I had never heard of these veggie fries before. This gives me some ideas for experimentation on my own since I have not seen them in the stores. Thanks for posting this.

Hi, Kathy. I was just as excited as you when I found them at Whole Foods a couple weeks ago and they are FANTASTIC! So good that sometimes I eat them for breakfast, they only take 14 mins to heat up and at 270 cal. / zero fat I can eat the WHOLE bag..haha!
