Bake-O-Nated Broccoli.
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup gluten free multi- purpose flower
1 head of broccoli, chopped into pieces
1-2 T Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp chiopotle pepper
1/4 tsp ancho pepper
- Preheat the oven to 430°F.
- Combine the milk, flour, salt, peppers, hot sauce in a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Coat the broccoli pieces with the flour mixture, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Optional: coat with buffalo sauce bake for additional 5 mins.

Gotta try this! Just curious, do you think it would work with normal flour or is GF better for this?
Totally works with normal flour, but the chicpea type of gluten free flour gives it an indian style pakora like flavor and feel
