romaine, spinach, cilantro and basil with black beans, brown rice, avocado, salsa fresca, roasted corn, jack and cheddar cheese and tortilla strips with ranch dressing

Add a little hot sauce and you've got a healthy plate of beans and rice with some great salsa fresca lettuce and tomatoes! Not the most spectacular meal, but it really hits the spot and you can lead a normal healthy vegan lifestyle amongst the natives.
