ThanksLiving masterfully done by Stuff I Eat

We were homeless and kitchenless again this ThanksLiving, but it turned out to be for the best!  We stopped by Stuff I Eat on our way out of town to pick up four OIL-FREE ThanksLiving holiday meals.  We ate these for nearly a week, in a camper, in a hotel room and around a fire pit in the middle of the freezing cold desert.  The green beans, candied yams, bbq tofu, wild rice, cauliflower couscous, salad & dressing, and some unidentifiable puff bit were the best I've ever had.  The feast was so amazing I don't remember talking for over an hour while I savored every bite.  I felt sorry for everyone else who wasn't partaking in the feast with me.  I kept flashing to the scene in Ratatouille where the food critic tastes the ratatouille and flashes back to his mom's cooking.  It was how I always imagined ThanksLiving is supposed to taste.  It doesn't get any better.   I have something more to look forward to for next ThanksLiving.  Stuff I Eat is our new tradition.

Did you have to specify "oil-free" or was the meal naturally low in oil?

anon, you have to specific oil free, but they hardly use any of it, some items there are naturally oil free.

QG: Can't wait for Isa's book! I'm ordering it now. I was supposed to do some testing but oh well!

@lex: i haven't seen any recipes from the book yet. i'm curious to see if it lives up to the doctor's standards. haha!
